Shipping & Returns
These terms apply to orders placed through our website checkout where online ordering is enabled. Bespoke and catering inquiries are handled separately—see Custom Orders.
Fulfillment options
At checkout you can choose delivery or in-store pickup, subject to availability and our service area.
- Pickup: we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your pickup time once your order is confirmed.
- Delivery: we will be in touch with delivery details and estimated timing after your order is placed.
Order timing and changes
Fresh pastry and cakes are prepared to order. Large or catering-style orders may require additional lead time; we will confirm timelines when we message you. If you need to change pickup or delivery details, reply to our WhatsApp or email as soon as possible—we will do our best to accommodate changes before preparation begins.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once production has started or perishable items have been allocated to your order, we may not be able to offer a full refund. Where checkout is paused on the site, new paid orders cannot be completed until we re-enable it.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed goods. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not to specification, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a clear description and, where helpful, a photo. We will review each case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Payment disputes
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. For billing questions related to a completed charge, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate with our records.
